Pricing questions.
- What counts as a managed unit?
- A unit that isn’t archived, in a property that isn’t archived. Vacant or occupied doesn’t matter. A single-family home is one unit; each leasable commercial suite is one unit. Archived units are free and stay readable and exportable.
- Is the price per unit retroactive?
- No. Each band prices only the units inside it. Units 1–50 are always in the base, so adding one unit never adds more than $0.80 a month.
- How does annual billing work?
- Pay ten times the monthly amount for a twelve-month term.
- Is there a trial?
- The plan is a 30-day trial of the full product, with no card required, for up to 20 imported units.
- What currency?
- Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Canadian-dollar pricing hasn’t been decided yet.
