The rules it’s being built to.
- Evidence is never altered or silently merged
- Originals are never resized, re-encoded or enhanced. Nothing moves between a business record and a resident’s record without an explicit act by its owner.
- Facts, not judgements
- “Condition changed Good → Fair.” “New issue recorded at move-out.” Never “tenant fault”, “chargeable” or “claim strength”.
- Offline is a normal state
- The field app is designed to work without signal, says plainly that work is saved on the device, and syncs when it can.
- Never hold evidence hostage
- Billing can pause new administrative work. It never blocks capture in progress, reading records or exporting your data.
